Shopping Malls: large-area mechanized routes, food-court turnarounds, restroom QC at peak hours. Corporate Offices: FOH etiquette, desk/floor care, boardroom readiness, mailroom/pantry service. How we run it QR checklists & photo proof via CAFM; supervisor audits; consumables tracker. Mobilization kit: uniforms/PPE, MSDS, training & toolbox talks; escalations matrix. SLAs & KPIs Hygiene audit score ≥ 92–95% (site class dependent) Absenteeism ≤ 3% | Response (High): ≤2 h | Washroom QC hourly at peak Complaint closure within SLA window; month-on-month escalations ↓ Included: Deployed manpower & supervision, SOPs, checklists, basic tools/PPE, CAFM reporting. Excluded: Consumables (optional add-on), access equipment, major repairs/capex.
